(1)make a separate entry
(2)make a multilevel description(see 13.6)
(3)make a note(see 1.7B11)
(4)give the number of physical units in arabic numerals and the name of the accompanying material(using,when appropriate,a specific material designation)at the end of the physical description.

2.心得
本次講的是附件,個人認為這是一個很尷尬的東西,因為作為一個附帶的東西,當人們發現他附在書中時,就像收到一份意外驚喜,令人不住喜悅,但他的存在卻令人為難--因為我們無法將他分類,不論是圖書類或影音資料類似乎都不是他最後的歸屬,我想,所以才會有這個項目的出現吧!這才是最好的辦法。
